As both an educator and a mother, I understand how important it is to find care that truly feels like an extension of home. Every detail of our space and daily rhythm has been thoughtfully designed to support your child’s sense of security, independence, and joy in learning.

Neda Ghalili
Neda is an Early Childhood Education student (with Honours) with a strong background in leadership and a lifelong passion for supporting young children and families. After many years in the corporate world, Neda felt called to create something more personal and meaningful — a childcare environment that combines professional early learning practices with the warmth, beauty, and emotional safety of home. As a mother of two, she deeply understands parents’ desire for care that feels calm, trustworthy, and developmentally respectful. Neda is fluent in English, French, and Farsi, and thoughtfully weaves cultural awareness and language exposure into the children’s daily experiences.

At Bella and Friends, care and education are intentionally gentle, unhurried, and relationship-based. We honour each child’s unique developmental rhythm and create space for deep, meaningful exploration.

Our carefully prepared space encourages independence, concentration, and hands-on discovery. Materials are thoughtfully chosen to be beautiful, purposeful, and developmentally appropriate.
Pikler-Informed Care
Daily routines such as diapering, meals, and transitions are treated as moments of connection. Children experience respectful caregiving, secure attachment, and uninterrupted learning.
Mixed-Age Community
Our small group setting allows younger children to learn through observation while older children develop empathy, leadership, and confidence.
